Take Back Your Hearts, Health and Community
Take Back the Trail's mission is to expose women of color in East Austin to the tools they need to improve their health, allowing them to take back their hearts, health and communities. Our 12-week, evidence based program incorporates physical activity, nutrition education, and facilitated group discussions that focus on how participants can identify barriers and establish and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
